Becker GOG

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Owner: Heith Murray

This policy explains how Becker GOG accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. Becker GOG is Heith Murray's private productivity integration, not a public software-as-a-service product.

1. Scope and authorized user

This policy applies to Becker GOG, used by Becker/OpenClaw through GOG v0.43.0. The only currently authorized Google Account is heithmurray@gmail.com. The integration is operated for Heith Murray's own productivity use.

2. Google data accessed

Becker GOG requests only these permissions:

  • Gmail read-only: view email messages and Gmail settings.
  • Calendar read-only: view and download calendars and events available to the authorized account.
  • Account email: view the email address associated with the authorizing Google Account.
  • OpenID: identify the authorizing Google Account.

It does not request permission to send email, create or change Calendar data, or access Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Places, or other Google services. A persistent Gmail no-send guard is active.

3. How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide owner-requested productivity functions, such as reviewing communications, extracting relevant context, understanding schedules, and preparing summaries or work for Heith Murray. Account identity data is used to identify the account that granted access.

Becker GOG does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or sale.

4. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and the OAuth client secret are stored in an encrypted local file keyring under Becker's isolated GOG home. Google content is accessed only for authorized productivity tasks. Becker GOG does not intentionally create a separate mailbox or calendar archive.

Task outputs, OpenClaw session records, operational receipts, or backups may contain limited excerpts or derived information when needed to complete or document an owner-requested task. Retention is owner-controlled and no fixed automated deletion period is promised.

When an owner-requested task requires model analysis, relevant Google-derived content may be transmitted securely to the AI model provider selected in OpenClaw. The current runtime uses OpenAI, with Google Gemini available as a fallback. Provider processing is used only to return the requested result and is also subject to the provider account, terms, and data controls selected by Heith Murray.

5. Sharing and transfers

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. With Heith Murray's consent, relevant data may be transferred to owner-selected service providers—including the AI model provider configured in OpenClaw—solely to provide the requested productivity function. Data may also be transferred when necessary for security or to comply with applicable law.

Google user data is not transferred to unrelated third parties or used for a purpose unrelated to the owner-requested feature.

Limited Use disclosure: Becker GOG's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention, revocation, and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained while the integration remains authorized and needed. Limited task outputs, session records, receipts, or backups may be retained for the owner's productivity and operational continuity. Retention is managed by Heith Murray rather than by a fixed public schedule.

Heith Murray may revoke access at any time through the Google Account third-party connections controls. After revocation or a deletion request, locally retained OAuth tokens and related integration data will be deleted from active systems when no longer required for security, legal, or operational recordkeeping; backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation or manual removal. Deletion requests can be sent to heithmurray@gmail.com.

7. Changes and contact

This policy will be updated before Becker GOG materially changes how it accesses or uses Google user data. Any new access would require appropriate authorization and, where required, renewed consent.

This policy describes current practices; it is not a claim that Google has verified, certified, or endorsed Becker GOG.
