Becker GOG
Terms of Service
These terms cover the private use of Becker GOG by Heith Murray. The integration is not offered as a public SaaS product or general consumer service.
1. The service
Becker GOG is a private productivity integration used by Becker/OpenClaw through GOG v0.43.0. It uses authorized, read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar, plus account email and OpenID identity access, to assist Heith Murray with owner-requested work.
2. Authorized use
Use is limited to accounts expressly authorized by Heith Murray. The only currently authorized account is heithmurray@gmail.com. No public registration, subscription, or service commitment is offered.
3. Permission limits
Becker GOG does not have authorization to send email, create or change Calendar data, or access Drive, Docs, Sheets, Places, or other Google services. A persistent Gmail no-send guard is active. Any future expansion of access requires a deliberate configuration change and any consent or review then required.
4. Owner responsibilities
The owner is responsible for maintaining control of the authorized Google Account and the local environment in which Becker GOG runs, reviewing important outputs before acting on them, and revoking access if the integration is no longer wanted.
5. Availability, processors, and outputs
The integration is provided for private use on an as-available basis. Relevant Google-derived content may be processed by the AI model provider Heith Murray selects in OpenClaw solely to perform an owner-requested task. Current providers are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Automated summaries and extracted context can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Important decisions should be verified against the original source material.
6. Revocation and termination
The owner may stop using Becker GOG or revoke its Google access at any time. Revocation can be performed through the Google Account third-party connections controls. Requests concerning locally retained OAuth credentials or related integration data can be sent to heithmurray@gmail.com.
7. Google relationship and policy
Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, and related marks belong to Google. Becker GOG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. Its handling of information received from Google APIs is described in the Privacy Policy and is intended to adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the private integration. Questions can be sent to heithmurray@gmail.com.
